1. Use our Neon Pigment over any tacky layer Gel. or even cured matte top coat for a softer look.
2. Rub on until a desirable effect using a sponge, pigment brush or silicone tool.
3. The effect will be different according to the base colour applied.
4. After you have applied thepigment, please use a dust brush to clean any excesspigments on the surface of the nail and around the finger.
5. Finish the nail with super gloss top coat for long lasting results.
